Nedonna Beach offers quiet streets, friendly full-time residents, excellent access to state parks and recreation, and the South Jetty of the Nehalem River. It’s just 500 feet from peaceful Nedonna Lake where you can fish, canoe, or kayak.
The home is west of the hustle and noise of highway 101, but just 1 block away from the beach on an easy access trail. The quiet beach features dunes and giant fields of driftwood.
The ranch style home has been completely remodeled in the retro- style of a 60′s “Atomic Ranch.” Sustainable products were used when possible from bamboo floors, to Doug Fir paneling. The private fenced backyard is planted with species indigenous to the Oregon Coast. It’s a pretty and very peaceful place to relax, with a large, grand cedar deck out back. The house is furnished with modern appliances and has a Euro, mid-century modern feel.

Pacific Bungalow beach house is located in the town of Rockaway Beach on the scenic Northern Oregon Coast.
Rockaway is 88 miles from Portland, Oregon, about an hour and 45 minute drive. The trip to Rockaway Beach, on scenic Highway 6 passes right through Tillamook State Forest and is lovely anytime of the year.
Rockaway is a small friendly town with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing vacation or an adventure trip. Pacific Bungalow is situated just 100 feet from the beach. 500 feet to the East is Lake Lytle; great for swimming, kayaking, canoeing and fishing for trout and panfish.
Pacific Bungalow is a 40′s style bungalow that has been thoughtfully remodeled. The bungalow has a wood-burning fireplace and great ocean views from the kitchen, living room and three of the four bedrooms. The dining room also has a nice view of the ocean. A new deck, protected from wind with glass partitions, is the perfect perch for relaxing and watching the ocean.
